HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET AN ITEM?

    • From the moment you place your order, there are two steps that commence:
    1. Processing time: Depending on the individual design of the order, processing time may vary from 3-5 business days after an order has been placed. The manufacturer and postal service process the orders may take additional 1-2 days.
    1. Shipping time: Standard shipping is approximately 2-14 business days (Continental U.S.) depending on location (International shipping will vary). If you would like an expedited shipping quote, please contact us. 
    • If 30 days have passed and your order hasn't yet arrived, please contact us and we'll look into it immediately.

      WHAT IF I ORDER MORE THAN ONE ITEM?

        • Some items will arrive together, while others may arrive separately. 

        CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?

        • Merchandise exchange process must be initiated within 5 days of receiving order
        • Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed.
        • Merchandise must have all tags, packaging, and original paperwork.
        • Final Sale, Special Order and Custom items may not be returned.
        • If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately within 5 days of receiving order.

            WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS ON ITEMS?

              • When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
              • Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

                    • By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

                          WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED HAS THE COLOR DIFFERENCE FROM THE WEBSITE?

                          • Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and individual sees these colors differently. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product

                              Is WALL ART FANTASY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MISSING AND UNDELIVERED ITEMS?

                              • Yes, We will be responsible for any mistake that arises during the shipping process. However, we are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply e-mail us and contact us.
                              • We are not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
